What’s the difference between group-wide and subsidiary policies?
Group-wide documents set the baseline standards for every company. Subsidiary documents tailor additional terms (e.g., different products, audiences, or jurisdictions). If there is a conflict, subsidiary terms listed here take precedence for that brand.
How do I request a new document or update?
Create a ticket with Legal Ops and attach context, deadlines, and reviewers. You can also email legal@dolphindigital.group. For public policies, propose copy changes and mark risks/impacts.
Where do I find previous versions?
Each policy page should link to a changelog. Until versioning is live, contact Legal Ops to retrieve archived copies.
